Airport Information Desk and Facilities
Information and Help Desk Information booths can be found on the lower levels in both terminals. General airport information (tel: 314 426 8000) and Travelers Aid (tel: 314 241 5820) are available.
Airport Facilities Money and phone: The airport offers a bank, bureau de change facilities, ATMs and a post office. Eating and drinking: There are numerous restaurants, snack bars, fast-food outlets, bars and cafés, located in the Main Terminal. Shopping: The airport provides various shops, but no duty-free. Luggage services: Lockers and left-luggage are no longer available. Lambert's Police Department handles lost and found items in the terminals and car parks (tel: 314 426 8100). Other facilities: The airport also offers an interfaith chapel, massage and shoe shine.
Conference and Business Facilities Data ports telephones are available throughout the airport. Some airlines provide executive lounges. No conference rooms are available. St Louis Airport Marriott (tel: 314 423 9700), located opposite the airport, offers a fully equipped business centre with PCs, printers and wireless Internet access in the hotel lobby, as well as 20 meeting rooms and secretarial support.
Disabled Facilities Lifts and disabled toilets are available. Wheelchairs are available from airlines or can be requested from security personnel. Disabled passengers have access to all car parks and every parking shuttle bus is equipped with a wheelchair lift.
