By rail: St Louis light rail system, Metrolink, is available; it stops at both terminals.

By bus: Three bus services operate at the airport: Greyhound, Bi-State (local bus service) and Military bus transportation; services arrive and depart from a bus station located at the entrance to the intermediate parking lot.
